1. in my application i stated i wanted to be a developer so i need to know if you there are specific developer positions so id need to know so i can update my gm application to something that could work. (if so could you guys discribe the different positions in detail.)

2. Id love to be a developer (unless info from question 1 makes me decide otherwise) but i honestly have no idea what id need or even how to do the developer tasks (id be extreamly willing to learn if any already developers could teach me.)

3. ive seen that some of you have made your own cool custum banners like ChaosX's pink bean banner so i was wondering were you guys made them.

If anyone could answer these questions that would be great thank you.
