Calling all DEVs

We need developers like crazy right now:
Requirements:

~For coder:
~Javascript Knowledge / Experience
~Java knowledge / Experience
~PhP Knowledge / Experience
~HTML Knowledge / Experience
(at LEAST 2 of the 4 are required)

For WZ Repacker (Like Steven and Cory):
~Photo Editing Skills (Required)
~Knowledge on the WZ Structure (Required)
~Creativity & Neatness
~Past experience
(All of the above are required)

if javascript means .js files like npcs then i can help wif that and java =/
the rest not really good at them yet =x

I know basics of HTML but I don't think it's good enough I also know how to code js but that was a long time ago but let me see if I can remember
