I can't play the server because it is too laggy,

As stated in the title,
Does the server really lag so much?
I know my computer is not the one which is lagging,i play almost all games smooothly without any lag.

After i had tabbed out and go into the game again,the lag goes away, but only got 1min and i started to lag again and cant talk or move to another map . i really wish to play this server .. Sad

Its just the login lag wait 4 minutes then its fine.

You probaly live far away from the owner.
