If you think you have been banned wrongly or for no reason, place your appeal here, along with your username, IP Address (check the ban list at http://maplechaos.xf-s.com/banned.php), date banned, and GM who banned you.
The format should be something like this:
Username:: hacker123
IP Address:: 127.0.0.1
Date Banned:: 07/01/2009 (mm/dd/yyyy)
GM Who Banned:: [Admin]ChaosX
Why we should unban you:: Your writing Here
