Eh, I dunno where to put this, This post is pretty much a suggestion in a suggestion... I suggest we have a 'suggest new ideas for the server' category, as well as putting more categories such as... a spam section which the mods will move spam to that category.

I am also a moderator, this is a good place to put it, or when can put it in server announcements so if the idea comes to life they will know what it is easier.
